Try Mels Chinese Noodles, Shredded Vegetables & Homemade Curry Sauce this week!

Melissa who runs Mels Dinners taught the Young Carers at Street Level more kitchen skills recently whilst making Chinese Noodles, Shredded Vegetables & Homemade Curry Sauce.

The young people and staff loved it! They used spring onions, Pak Choi, beansprouts, peppers and grated carrots but you could substitute these for any vegetables you have in the fridge or cupboard!
