Get involved in Carluke’s development!

CARLUKE DEVELOPMENT TRUST (CDT) would like to invite members of the community to join their existing team of volunteers in a variety of roles as they support the Parish of Carluke on its journey of development and regeneration.

Established in 1999, CDT have identified, developed and supported a number of collaborative and partnership led projects, programmes and activities, for example, the restoration of the Highmill and the Jam and Ham festival.

In order to meet the increasing needs of the ‘Trust’, and support the communities, CDT would welcome interest from all ages within the Parish of Carluke who are willing to share their skills, experience and knowledge.

Areas of interest currently identified are :-

  • Green Energy and Recycling
  • Heritage and Historical Regeneration
  • Landscaping, Gardening, Building and Land Maintenance
  • Web and Social Media
  • Local Democracy
  • Marketing and Communication
  • Community Engagement and Volunteering Support

If you could offer support in any of the above, or any other relevant area of interest to support the regeneration of ‘Our Town’, then CDT want to hear from you.

Please complete the short enquiry form below.

If you would like any more information you can call Bill Anderson on 07938816689.
