Braidwood Community Group is a group of local residents who are actively raising funds for a new play park next to the primary school in the village.
The current play park is outdated and no longer suitable for the number and range of children wishing to use it. The community group hope to create an all new play park that is inclusive and will be a tremendous asset to the local residents and school children.
Whilst the threat the Corona virus poses to older people and those with underlying health problems is well known, the current lockdown is also causing

During these difficult times Street Level and our partners, Universal Connections, are still offering help and support to the young people of Carluke and the wider community.
We have so many frontline and key workers within the band and here you can see some of our members showing their appreciation…
