  1. A word of encouragement. In 1994 the empty shell (no floors etc) of Hough (Swannington) Mill in Leicestershire was acquired from the council for £1. This year through the support and enthusiasm of locals and volunteers we are finally planning to put the sails back on the old girl for the first time in 95 years. We wish you all well on your uphill struggle but it will be worth it.
